How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed successfully.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your country or region. All orders are securely packaged to ensure that your tea and teaware arrive safely.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time is usually 1–3 business days, and shipping takes approximately 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also log in to your CN Tea Life account to check the latest shipping status.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Can I return tea products?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used tea products. However, if there is a problem with your order (such as wrong items or damaged packaging), please contact us immediately, and we will make it right.
Can I return teaware or accessories?
Yes, teaware and accessories can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please email us at liu.bo.2007@163.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return address if necessary.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other reasons (such as change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return postage.
